Being a first-generation lawyer, it is Apoorv’s hard work, out of box thinking and deep-rooted moral fibre that has helped him in establishing himself and the firm as an emerging force in the legal arena.
Apoorv’s primary area of practice involves Corporate Restructuring, Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, SARFAESI, White Collar, Taxation, IPR Laws, M&A and Distressed Transactions. He has advised various Corporations and Individuals in high-value and complex corporate and debt restructurings in recent years.
